If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your jewellery within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Be unworn and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging and accessories.

  • Show no signs of damage, misuse, or alteration.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, an 80% refund of the order value will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after your return has been approved.

Device Compatibility

Our NFC jewellery works with most modern NFC-enabled smartphones.

Before placing your order, please review our Device Compatibility List to ensure your device is supported.

Returns or refunds cannot be requested solely because your device is incompatible with our NFC jewellery if it is listed as unsupported in our compatibility guide.

If your device is listed as compatible and you're experiencing issues, our support team will be happy to help troubleshoot the problem.

5-Year Link Guarantee

Every Within & Co. piece includes a 5-year guarantee on your digital NFC link.

We guarantee that your NFC link will remain active for five years from the date of purchase. If your link stops working due to a technical issue on our end, we'll restore or replace it at no additional cost.

This guarantee applies only to the digital NFC link and does not cover the physical jewellery, including wear and tear, accidental damage, scratches, breakage, loss, or theft.
