At Within & Co., every piece is made specifically for you. Because each order is individually prepared, programmed, tested, and quality-checked before dispatch, our processing times are slightly longer than standard ready-to-ship jewellery.

Order Processing

All orders are custom-made and typically require 4–6 business days for production before they are shipped.

During this time, we:

Program and test your NFC jewellery.
Securely link your digital content.
Perform quality inspections.
Carefully package your order for transit.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping: 1–3 business days
Total Estimated Delivery: 5–9 business days

Tracking Your Order
